1.5 oz. Les Îles aperitif

0.5 oz. Portage Dry Gin

5 oz. 1642 tonic water

1 slice of cucumber

Instructions

Pour the ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Negroni

1 oz. Portage Dry Gin

1 oz. Les Îles aperitif

0.75 oz. white vermouth

1 grapefruit zest spiral

Instructions

Combine all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Stir with a mixing spoon 20–25 times. Garnish with grapefruit zest.

Classic Spritz

2 oz. Spritz Les Îles

4 oz. sparkling wine

Orange wheel

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a wine glass full of ice.
