Sainte Coconut

1.5 oz. Sainte-Marie Coconut Rum

3 oz. pineapple juice

Slice of pineapple


Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add the ingredients.

Sainte Julep

3 oz. Sainte-Marie Coconut Rum

4 lime wedges

0.5 oz. simple syrup

8–10 mint leaves


Crush 3 lime wedges, then combine with simple syrup in a highball glass. Finely chop the mint leaves and add to the glass. Add the Sainte-Marie Coconut Rum. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir well. Garnish with fresh mint and the remaining lime wedge.

Sainte-Marie Piña Colada

1 oz. Sainte-Marie Coconut Rum

1 oz. Vanilla Cremaglace

3 oz. pineapple juice

0.5 oz. lime juice

Ice cubes

1 fresh pineapple wedge


Combine ice cubes, Sainte-Marie Coconut Rum, Vanilla Cremaglace, pineapple juice and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tulip glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
